Terms and Conditions of Discover Teulada Moraira 2012 Campaign.
1. Promoción Gráfika Dénia S.L.. with social address at c/ cocentaina,2 03770 El Verger (Alicante), is inscribed in the mercantile register of Alicante, Tome 2599, Folio number 179 CIF B53714218, organizes the Discover Teulada-Moraira contest/campaign on behalf of PATRONATO DE FOMENTO Y TURISMO DE TEULADA-MORAIRA [Teulada-Moraira Development and Tourism Board], AVDA. MADRID Nº15, 03724 MORAIRA.
2. In order to participate and be eligible for the prize of vacations with all expenses paid for a 3 generations family, you shall initially fill-in the registration form available at http://www.discoverteuladamoraira.com/wanted_families. Once the registration form is sent, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and indications to complete the registration and to be officially in the contest.
Besides the winner family shall perform a daily report of their experiences in a blog enabled for such purpose in which they explain every day the activities they have performed on that day. Also, posts published in the blog shall be accompanied by pictures and videos performed by the family itself or performed by third persons responsible of the promotion. In the case that once the family is on vacations and this one opts on not complying with the tasks required, the organizers will be able to request a indemnification of 7,000€ to the family for the traveling and lodging costs, and damages.
3. On participating in the contest, you guarantee that the pictures and images sent about you and about the members of your family do not breach rights of third parties, does not violate the nobody’s intimacy, does not affect the copy rights of third parties or, in general, attempts against any right. Pictures considered as inappropriate, or on which there is a reasonable doubt that could be inappropriate, will not be accepted and, in every case, PROMOCIÓN GRÁFIKA DÉNIA S.L. reserves the right to its own behalf to reject any image or registration to its complete satisfaction. Before sending a blog in which appear images of persons, the participants shall obtain the consent of such person and should have communicated to such persons which is the purpose of the contest and warn them that their image can be published for free, without right to any payment for reason of image rights, by PROMOCIÓN GRÁFIKA DÉNIA S.L. (particularly at www.discoverteuladamoraira.com and in the domains related to the promotion, such as www.teulada-moraira.es, www.teulada-moraira.org, as well as other Internet social networks and campaign blogs)
4. Participants of the contest, transfer the right to PROMOCIÓN GRÁFIKA DÉNIA S.L. and PATRONATO DE FOMENTO Y TURISMO DE TEULADA-MORAIRA, AVDA. MADRID Nº15, 03724 MORAIRA to edit, publish and using the images (including names and places in general)and, in general, any right related to the image, with promotional rights in all communication media at world-wide level, without restrictions as for the frequency or duration of use. The use of personal data received by PROMOCIÓN GRÁFIKA DÉNIA S.L. during the contest will be subject to the privacy policy published in the campaign website.
Therefore and for the record, the registered family authorizes in its totality to PROMOCIÓN GRÁFIKA DÉNIA S.L. and PATRONATO DE FOMENTO Y TURISMO DE TEULADA-MORAIRA, AVDA. MADRID Nº15, 03724 MORAIRA as well as to all those physical or juridical third parties to which it can transfer the rights of use of the pictures or part of the same, in order to indistinctively being able to use all pictures, or any part of the same in which the family takes part.
The authorization does not have a determined geographical nature for which these pictures, or part of the same, will be able to be used in all countries of the world without a geographic limitation of any kind.
The authorization refers to the totality of uses that the pictures, or part of the same, can have, in which the family or part of it appears, using the technical means currently known and those which can be developed in the future, and for any application. All of that with the single exception and limitation of those uses and applications which could attempt against the right to reputation in the terms foreseen in the Organic Law of Civil Protection to Right to Reputation, Organic Law of Data Protection, Personal and Family and Own Image Intimacy.
The authorization does not establish any limit of time for its concession or for the exploitation of pictures, or part of the same, in which the family or part of it appears, for which the authorization is considered as granted for a unlimited period of time.
5. Selection and notification to winners: The registration of the participant families will be received until June 15th and the finalists will be notified via e-mail on June 19th. The winner family will be notified via e-mail on June 21st and their picture will be posted either in the websites related to the campaign as well as in the different social networks. Should the winner family cannot be contacted or is not available, PROMOCIÓN GRÁFIKA DÉNIA S.L. reserves the right to select another winner before the date of closure.The organization’s decision is definitive and cannot be disputed. To request the list of families selected, please consult www.discoverteuladamoraira.com after the date of closure.
6. Prizes: The winner family shall travel on vacations with all expenses paid on June 30th, 2012. The prize is non-transferable under any circumstance totally or partially and it cannot be exchanged for money in cash.
In order that a family can enter in the contest and be eligible for the free trip, it is indispensable to completely fill-in both forms available. One of them is accessible in the website and the other will be sent via e-mail to the e-mail address provided in the first registration.
7. PROMOCIÓN GRÁFIKA DÉNIA S.L. will not be responsible for technical, hardware, software failures or of any other nature, such as loss of connection or network connections unavailable which can limit or forbid the capacity to be eligible to participate in the contest.
8. The organizers reserve the right in their own behalf to cancel, modify or replace the contest at any time (including the modification of the prizes) should, at their discretion, the contest does not reach its promotional purposes (even when registrations of enough families are not received).
9. On entering the contest, the participants commit to comply with each and every one of these terms and conditions. The organizer reserves the right to its own behalf, with or without cause, to exclude the participants and prizes by breaching any of these terms and conditions, which can be subject to changes without previous notice. 10. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTION POLICY

Purpose of the file Data provided by the users to PGK, have as purpose to manage the products and services requested and the campaign itself and registration of families, and in case that the user expresses it in an “explicit and concrete” at the time of providing their data, these would also be used to perform advertisement or promotional actions and to keep the user informed, via e-mail or any other similar electronic communication system, about the products, services or events, own or from third parties belonging to the sectors with which PGK has a commercial agreement. The consent provided will be able to be revoked, at any time, by the user in a simple and free manner, from the received e-mail itself, or configuring its profile from its user area as long as he/she has not been the winner of the prize.
